[LBo] Processor speed

This is with the external power supply.  The battery died a year ago, and I
have yet to replace it.

I'm in the process of trying to access my bios (F2) on boot, but for some
reason it skips the bios and goes to grub....  I'm hoping I can disable the
"power now" feature in the bios.
