When I set the depth to 16, I can increase the refresh rate to 85 HZ,
however, the image on the screen is no as crisp as when displayed in 24.
This maybe a situation where I cannot have my cake and eat it too!
Any ideas how I can increase the speed when scrolling with the mouse? The
other issue, I think related, is when switching to another terminal (i.e.F3),
the font is so large it does not fit on the screen. Is there a buffer
setting somewhere for controlling the scroll speed?
Finally, and i guess the most serious, is figuring out why the computer
(monitor, keyboard, and mouse) freeze when the screen saver turns on. For
now, I disabled the screen saver to make sure the screen saver was the
issue. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Troy
