Anita,

Thank you for your help; problem solved with font size in console.  I added
"vga=791" where you said, but I also left "quiet" where it was.  Should I
remove "quiet"?  Does quiet mean the system boots quietly, therefore, I
don't see what's going on?

What do you mean by, "There will be another place to put it after you find
out if this works"?  Is what I've already done enough to make the change
permanent, or do I have to add "vga=791" somewhere else too?

The next issue I have is adjusting the scroll so it scrolls smoothly and
fast, rather than slow and choppy as it currently does.  Any
recommendations?
