[LBo] Mepis 7 Pre Beta released (reposted as the first attempt got lost)

Hi Annie
Mepis 7 is still in beta at the moment, it is currently beta 5. It is forecast
to go live sometime around mid Oct (subject to bug crushing). Even though it
is beta reports are that it is very stable.
